The University Hospital of Montpellier (CHUM) is the tertiary referral centre of the Region. CHUM is a university hospital with 800 beds and recognized as EULAR centre of excellence in rheumatology. The Institute for Regenerative Medicine and Biotherapy (IRMB) is associated with CHUM, the National Institute of Health and Medical Research, and the University of Montpellier. IRMB gathers scientific and medical expertise on regenerative medicine and innovative immunotherapies. The objectives of IRMB are to increase the knowledge of stem cell biology, interactions between stem cells and immune cells, as well as the role of epigenetics mechanisms in chronic and age related diseases.
Role: CHUM will be involved in the multidimensional analysis for patient stratification and in the implementation of the CDSMP in France. CHUM will also contribute to the assessment and nalysis of the results of EFFICHRONIC.

He has extensive experience in stem cells trials in rheumatology, as well as data analysis and assessment.
Dr Yves-Marie Pers
He is assitant professor and leads research in the clinical unit with academic and industrial partners. He is specialised in osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
PhD Verushka Valsecchi
She is the leader of EFFICHRONIC in Montpellier. She works at the rheumatology unit of CHU Montpellier.
Dr Adrien Durand
He is a general practitioner. Coordinator of a therapeutic education programme in a penitentiary environment and Master Trainer in the Chronic Diseases Self-Management Programme (CDSMP) in France.
Cristina Balaguer Fernandez
She is a masseuse-physiotherapist specialized in cardiac functional rehabilitation and cardiology at CHUM. She is a Master Trainer in the CDSMP in France.
Dr Rosanna Ferreira Lopez
She is a senior rheumatologist in the clinical unit of immuno-rheumatology. She is a certified Master Trainer of the CDSMP in France.
